An electronic index to the Reprint Collection containing thousands of article reprints on marine biology, marine parasitology, and diseases of marine organisms is now available on the NOAA server. The index is a Word file that provides you the Article title, senior author, abbreviated journal title, volume, issue, date, and call number. The index will be updated as new reprints are added to the collection.

To access the Reprint Collection Index: Go to the U: Drive on your computer and click on Library Resources.

To search the Reprint Collection Index, use the search capability in Word:

   -Go to EDIT and click on FIND (Ctrl F).
   -Enter the author's name, title of the reprint or selected keywords.
   -Click on FIND NEXT.
   -Cont. clicking on FIND NEXT to locate additional reprints with similar criteria.

* The actual reprints are located in the library and are arranged numerically by the call number. Remember that the reprints do not circulate.   *
